About Me

LBJ
L.B. Johnson is a birth mom, a rescue dog mom, a former Captain for a commercial airline and a #1 best selling author - someone who has spent many years in service to her country, while still managing time to provide comic relief to a black lab. Born in Seattle and raised out West where her grandparents were originally homesteaders in Montana, she now lives in Chicago with her husband and is active in animal rescue. A Ph.D, trained in both criminal justice and forensic anthropology, she's never solved a crime in one hour like on TV. She also donates all sales proceeds from her books to animal rescue and Search Dog Foundation which trains rescue dogs to search out survivors of natural disasters.
